Cursed NFL Cheerleaders Are Making Their Teams Lose

Latest

It’s no longer possible to blame Jessica Simpson for Tony Romo’s troubles on the field, so the Wall Street Journal has come up with an alternate theory: Perhaps cheerleaders are jinxing teams in the NFL. Six teams, the Bears, Browns, Giants, Lions, Packers and Steelers, don’t have cheerleaders, and Jared Diamond jokingly suggests that this may be the key to their success. In the past six years, those teams have won four Super Bowls and made up half of the Super Bowl participants. Clearly ladies shouldn’t be anywhere near the gridiron, even if they’re just dancing on the sidelines.
