Eyebrow-plucking and threading are gaining favor among today’s soldiers, but not everyone is happy about the new trend. A 2007 Marine Corps regulation states, “excessive plucking or removal of eyebrows is not authorized, except for medical reasons.” And Lt. Col. Jerry Turner says, “I don’t get it, I just don’t get it. And you’re not going to get me to get it.” Added Turner, “Get off my lawn.”
