Finally, there’s another way to tell the (Facebook) world you’re expecting…if you want to.
The social networking site has added the option of putting your forthcoming child’s name, due date, and the fact that it’s going to be a child (see image above) and all of that information will be posted in your news feed.
While the feature may receive some criticism, it’s worth noting that like many features on Facebook, it is an option and thus allows you to choose whether or not this is the way you want to share this information with the world.
So if you’re feeling inclined to shout your pregnancy from the internet rooftops, there’s now (of course) an app for that.
