Yesterday, we discussed the feud that’s currently brewing within the family of former Vice President/bad egg (that actually looks like an egg) Dick Cheney now that his daughters Liz and Mary have both gone public with their opposing opinions on marriage equality. Liz Cheney, who is running for U.S. Senate, recently came out as opposed to gay marriage, despite the fact that her sister Mary is married to a woman. Mary Cheney and her wife Heather Poe then responded via a public Facebook messages, both of which called out Liz for hypocrisy (she has always been supportive of Mary and Heather’s marriage behind closed doors) and political opportunism (many believe she is using an anti-marriage equality stance to appeal to conservative voters).
