Balloon artist Thelma Levett has accomplished an impressive feat: Constructing a wedding gown for her daughter Vicky using 5,000 knotted and inflated balloons. It’s also ostensibly a replica of Kate Middleton’s gown, because there are lace sleeves attached. As we all know, the Duchess was the first person to ever wear sleeves on her wedding day.
