Minogue’s airy, candy-coated vocals are a delight in any context, and, as someone very often bored by holiday music, I would welcome her ethereal discothèque influence. What’s more, Minogue is already something of a Yuletide mainstay. Every year, her cover of “Santa Baby” hits the charts in the United Kingdom.
As of yet, Kylie Kristmas remains something of a rumor, so let’s pray to the snow gods and watch her glitter in the meantime.
