A Little Help, Please?

A Friend Of Jezebel has a dilemma. He’s a boy who dates boys and could use some advice. His “question” has three parts, which are after the jump. Thanks in advance!

Say you dated someone for a month or so. You ended it because they got toooo clingy and possessive. Rather: They ended it because you wouldn’t agree to a relationship and they couldn’t handle just seeing someone once a week… Now say you left a brand new expensive shirt at their house.
A.) How do you get the shirt back?
B.) Without going through some horrible talk about feelings, etc. AGAIN.
C.) It’s really pissing me off, because they are wearing my shirt in their new Facebook profile picture.
