Ashlee Simpson, the originator of the “sad clown hoedown” and the younger sibling of Nick Lachey’s ex-wife, is now carrying the baby of Diana Ross’s baby, E! News reports. She’s having Diana Ross’s grandchild.
Simpson, whom I do not like only because I am petty and paid full-price for her awful CD, has said that she and Diana progeny/actor-musician Evan Ross plan to “have as many babies as possible.” There is a good chance she’s going to name all of them something weird like “Banana Jamboree.” But congratulations to everyone, and most of all to Diana Ross, who has a beautiful voice and a storied musical career.
