Dinner Hosts Aren't That Worried About Poisoning You


A poll of 2,000 people by the pasta company Giovanni Rana revealed 15% of dinner party hosts have served food they dropped on the floor, and 10% cooked with food they knew was past its “use by” date. Unfortunately the survey did not collect one crucial bit of data: Whether or not hosts observed the five-second rule.
