Ex-Marine Waitress Stiffed On Tip Because Customers Don't Like Gays

Latest

Here we go again.

Dayna Morales, a waitress at New Jersey’s Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, is yet another in a long line of wait staff professionals who just can’t seem to be left be by bigoted customers who take issue with their perceived “lifestyle.”

Morales (who happens to be a former Marine) was serving a couple and their children, when the mother apparently took issue with her short hair.

When Morales introduced herself to the couple and their two children, the mother was allegedly shocked by Morales’ short hair.
“Oh I thought you were gonna say your name is Dan,” she allegedly said. “You sure surprised us!”

Ummmm, because only lesbians have short hair now? Exactly what part of Pat Buchanan’s imaginary Land of Social Opression are these people living in?

At the end of the meal, Morales was left with no tip on the $93.55 bill. Instead, she found a note on the receipt, reading: “I’m sorry but I cannot tip because I don’t agree with your lifestyle & how you live your life.”

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. What the fuck. Morales expressed her own frustration with the incident:

I am THOROUGHLY offended mad pissed off and hurt that THIS is what her kids will grow up learning and that I served in the Marines to keep ignorant people like them free. Sorry lady but I don’t agree with YOUR lifestyle and the way you’re raising your kids but you didn’t see me throwing that in your face and giving you shitty service. Keep your damn mouth shut and pray we never cross paths again.

For crying out loud, people are still doing this shit? When did restaurant receipts become the new soapbox? I don’t get it. Last night, we went to a Fuddruckers really fancy place downtown, and the waiter twice spilled soda on me, then accidentally charged us three times for a burger we didn’t even order. I STILL TIPPED HIM. Tip your waiters, people. Stop giving them goddamn life lessons in all the tiny corners of your stupid receipts.
