'If I Don't Fuck Michael Cera Tonight, I'm Gonna Blow My Brains Out,' and Other Gems From the This Is the End Trailer

Here’s the redband trailer for This Is The End, the Seth Rogen/Evan Goldberg directed movie slated for release in June. It’s about six famous dudes — Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Danny McBride, Jay Baruchel, and Craig Robinson — who get stuck in James Franco’s house when Los Angeles starts crumbling around them. Then aliens come, and maybe dinosaurs. There’s sinkholes. I don’t know what else; shit gets crazy.

It looks funny, but it’s a bummer that not one person trapped in the house is a woman. That said, the cameos from Mindy Kaling and Emma Watson in the trailer are delightful. I anticipate the lines “Hermione just stole all our shit!” and “If I don’t fuck Michael Cera tonight, I’m gonna blow my brains out,” to become things that high school students yell at each other in the halls for months to come.
