Placenta Ceremony Triggered Mel Gibson Rant, New Photo Of Oksana's Bruised Face

Earlier, we learned that Mel Gibson‘s relationship with Oksana Grigorieva crumbled after a tree planting ceremony, but that wasn’t the whole story; They were actually burying their daughter’s placenta in the backyard.
TMZ claims planting the placenta along with a tree is a common practice in parts of Australia. Sources say Mel got angry when he spotted Oksana talking to a gardener, and made the first of several recorded phone rants that night. [TMZ]
Radar has posted a photo of a woman with a black eye. The site claims it’s Oksana, but it’s cropped so close it’s hard to tell. [Radar]

Lindsay Lohan has been asked to give a deposition in a class action lawsuit that alleges that illegal strip and body cavity searches were performed at Lynwood Correctional Facility. Her lawyer responded, “I find it curious that among the tens of thousands of women who can testify … these attorneys are attempting to depose Lindsay.” [TMZ]
