Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott addressed the public about the disturbing video out of Spring Valley High School where a white officer is seen pulling a student out of her desk, slamming her on the ground, dragging and arresting her. The young black woman is not seen resisting arrest or inciting violence in any way.
