I bet you never thought Sports Illustrated would make you cry. Well tonight you’re about to experience a world of new wonders with the 2012 Sports Illustrated Kids SportsKids of the Year, brothers Conner and Cayden Long.
Instead of enjoying his sport of choice solo, nine-year-old Connor decided his six-year-old brother Cayden needed to be part of his team. Today, Connor and Cayden race in triathlons together, and with Connor behind the wheel and Cayden riding in back, this dynamic duo can’t be stopped! Although it’s been noted that the boys usually finish last, they obviously take first place is stealing my heart, all my tears, and the majority of my bank account that was just deposited into the Special Olympics bank account.
I don’t know, this is just wonderful and beautiful and even more wonderful. Please excuse me while I go hug all my dogs until they’re so creeped out they run away!
