Here's How to Make a Bastardized Cronut

Cronuts, the hybrid CROissant-doNUT that’s captivated the internet’s lust for novelty sweets, can only be found in one bakery in Manhattan — until now.

Thanks to Brock Keeling at SFist, you can make your own cronut — or, not really a the cronut, because that’s been trademarked by Dominique Ansel Bakery — and the results aren’t EXACTLY the same, but it’s probably close enough to satisfy your screaming fat cells. Plus, you can have a whole batch for like $10, which is a far cry from $40 for one cronut (TM).
