New York-area readers: Looking to meet and greet? Perhaps mingle with some folks from the Gawker Media family? Straight-up drink? You are so in luck.

If you’re in the area and believe that Mondays are best capped off with cocktails, join us at Sweet and Vicious in NYC (5 Spring Street between Elizabeth and Bowery). The wine will be cheap, the cocktails hopefully stiff, the conversation scintillating. In fact, it will be exactly as pictured above (shaggy-haired dudes probs included).

Our brethren from Gizmodo and Lifehacker will be heading there after 6pm, and we’ll stick around until least 7:30. See you there, alchies!
