Yes, Sarah Palin’s staff did in fact feed corn dogs to the press during her recent visit to the Iowa State Fair — but she/they did so much more than that.
For example, she also drew the media away from Rick Santorum’s speech so she could announce that she’s still considering running for president (what? she’s got time) at an “impromptu running press conference near a barn at the far end of the grounds.”
Palin says she expects to make her decision in “another month or two” because she says she doesn’t “want to be perceived as stringing people along.”
