Traditionally, after a Navy ship docks, one serviceman or woman aboard is chosen to be first to greet their loved one with a kiss. Thanks to the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, today, for the first time ever, that lucky sailor was gay, and that kiss was between two women.
