Ruslan Tsarni, the paternal uncle of the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings, gave in impromptu press conference in front of his Maryland home saying that although the family are Muslims, he believes that his nephews actions were not religiously motivated, and that instead, this happened because they were “losers” who were not able to properly assimilate to their new country.
