Good Morning America caught up with pre-teen Jessica, whose favorite hobby is…coupons. After first being bit by the “coupon bug” when her grandparents handed her a newspaper to keep her busy, she now spends an hour per day keeping up with her gigantic coupon binder. Her parents are totally cool with it, though, because it helps her to practice math — and over the course of three years, her coupon-collecting saved her family over $4,000 in groceries. Considerably more productive than my childhood hobbies, which included collecting pin-up posters of boy bands and playing with Barbies.
This girl will own us someday.
