Don't Speak: Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale Have Reportedly Settled Their Divorce 

According to the gossip website, Stefani and Rossdale agreed to a 50/50 custody split of their three children, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. The custodial agreement reportedly makes accommodations for Stefani’s touring schedule, noting that the children will remain with Rossdale while she’s on tour.

In addition to the custodial split, TMZ reports that the couple did not sign a prenup prior to their marriage 13 years ago. Rossdale has agreed, apparently, to take less than the 50% of community property that California law allows. Maybe to reach a quick settlement, maybe to keep all of those nanny rumors under wraps.

At any rate, love is dead. At least the plaid-drenched, 90s cool-kid pop, promises of love are dead.
