Cool, great, yeah, wow. While appearing on the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother, Evander Holyfield told a housemate that gay people make a “choice” to be “handicapped” and should be fixed by a doctor because the Bible.
Evander: The Bible let you know that it’s wrong and (mumbles mumbles).
Luisa: That’s just the way some people are born.
Evander: Nooooo. It don’t make no difference. If you were born and your leg were turned this way. What do you do? You go to the doctor and get it fixed right, right?
Luisa: It’s not about being fixed. That’s just the way that you are.
Evander: No, no, no… You mean to tell me-
Luisa: I really don’t think we should have this conversation. You don’t understand. I don’t think this is an appropriate conversation to have in this house.
Evander: The only thing I’m trying to tell you is if… You know how handicapped people are born, that you can’t say that because they were born that way, you can’t move that (mumbles something mumbles something)…
Luisa: You can’t compare. It’s not a choice.
Evander: Yes, it is a choice. Come on. You ain’t gay unless you sleeping with the opposite sex (Ed. note: Yeah, he obviously meant “same sex.”). That’s no way anybody is made. I know what I’m getting ready to say. The only choice you have-
Luisa: People don’t have a choice in their sexuality or they’ll be unhappy.
Wayne Brady and Chilli are apparently NOT dating. Way to get my hopes up and then dash them all in one sentence, headline.
“This isn’t true,” a rep for Chilli told E! News in regards to the dating rumors. “Wayne was actually hosting the event that TLC performed at in Vegas. Chilli and Wayne are friends but there is nothing else going on besides friendship.”
Brady’s rep had no comment when asked about the relationship rumors.
While there’s no romance brewing between the twosome, Chilli happily admitted she has another man on her mind—33-year-old Chris Pine, whom she shamelessly admitted to swooning over.
“As a matter of fact, Chilli happens to be a ‘Pine Nut’ so if you all want to play matchmaker Chris Pine is definitely what Chilli wants,” the singer’s rep told E! News.
Farrah Abraham had a fake romance with some DJ and they were about to go on Couples Therapy but then they didn’t and now his actual girlfriend is telling everyone about it.
As Dawe and Abraham flaunted their “faux-mance” for photographers and the media, he was actually in a committed relationship with Stokes the entire time – showering her with roses and gifts, she claims.
“We hung out all the time, and I pretty much lived with him. Nothing changed,” Stokes says of their relationship.
The reality of her boyfriend’s scam finally hit her though, when she was driving him to the airport – where he was set to board a flight to Los Angeles to begin filming Couple’s Therapy.
“I was just crying. I didn’t know what would happen. It was so hard,” she recalls.
“Thankfully,” she says, “he had a change of heart and decided to back out… He called me and told me he wasn’t doing it. It was cute.”
