Evangelicals Think They're the New Homosexuals (Minus the Gay)

Things We Should Not Ridicule Human Beings For include: race, gender, sexual orientation, snack preferences (unless said human being favors Twizzlers, which taste like plastic). Things We Can Ridicule Human Beings For include: arguing that the adjectives “same sex” and “gay” are “victim-based marketing ploys invented by NOW to send us off into a heated debate about homosexuality and equal rights – distracting us from seeing their real goal of establishing ‘feminist marriage.'” No one deserves to be bullied for loving the person they want to love. But people who think crazy shit should most definitely be called out for thinking crazy shit!

“Is it not the responsibility of the homosexual activist leaders to become much more vocal and preach tolerance and acceptance of the views from Bible-believing evangelicals?” Brody asks. “If they want tolerance and respect, shouldn’t they preach the same thing toward evangelicals?”

Nope. Instead, we should continue to lambast those who spread false and hurtful information, and we should definitely continue to make fun of those who make statements like “American society and culture may change but the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob does not.” Burn.
