The Daily Mail has posted the first photos from American Crime Story, Ryan Murphy’s upcoming series about the OJ Simpson trial, and they have confirmed my suspicions that the series will be a spectacular combination of true crime and camp. Selma Blair is in full Kris Jenner, David Schwimmer is in full Robert Kardashian, John Travolta is in full Robert Shapiro, and I am in full crisis mode. Selma’s earrings! David’s gray streak! John’s eyebrows! I feel like I’m in a dream Tilda Swinton is having about 1996.
Side note: Murphy and Blair had better film a remake of Kris’s iconic video for “I Love My Friends” before she takes off that wig.
