Today, Kristin Cavallari went on Wendy Williams, where she was asked about Heidi Montag‘s dramatic surgical makeover—which Wendy thinks resembles “a hard-living porn star who’s 40″—and her weird behavior at a recent photo shoot for The Hills.

Recently, at a promo shoot for the sixth season of their reality show, Heidi reportedly showed up with multiple bodyguards and refused to interact with any of the other cast members, or take part in a group photo. Kristin confirmed this, and said it makes her “sad.”
