Study Shows Olds Know How To Use Phones

Latest

Watch out, teenagers! New market research shows baby boomers know how to use smartphones just like you do. What will they learn next?

MediaPost reports on research by Consumer Cellular which found that 90% of smartphone users over 40 taught themselves to use the device (as opposed to, I guess, having their sarcastic teenage kids teach them). They also use their phones to access the internet, just like younger users. Popular old-people phone activities include sending email, reading the news, and using social media. No word on sexting, but previous research indicates the Olds have mastered this too. Soon they’ll be crashing your rainbow parties.
