- After Amber Portwood was arrested on domestic violence charges, a judge prohibited her from contacting Gary Shirley or their daughter Leah. Now Leah is back in her custody and Gary is lobbying to have the protective order dropped.
- Gary had Leah overnight on Tuesday, but CPS picked her up and brought her over to Amber’s house today. A source says Gary has been asking how he can appeal the protective order, which bars them from contacting each other until their next court date in April or May.
