Earlier this month, 90-year-old former President George HW Bush broke his neck in a fall from bed. He spent four days in the hospital, and doctors said they expected his recovery to take months. And then, from what I can gather from his facial expression in a Tweet sent today, they either gave him one helluva pep talk or prescribed him a veritable cornucopia of high-octane drugs. I’m jealous.
Get well soon, ex-Pres. And send whatever you don’t use to my office. We, uh, collect pills here.
