Nancy Kerrigan's Brother Acquitted In Father's Death

Yesterday a jury found that Nancy Kerrigan’s brother Mark is not guilty of manslaughter for their father’s death. However, he was found guilty of assault. In January 2010, 70-year-old Dan Kerrigan suffered heart failure after an altercation with his son.

Nancy Kerrigan said after the verdict, “My family has never believed at all that my brother had anything to do with my father’s death, and he would, my dad would, never have wanted any of this.” Mark Kerrigan is facing a maximum sentence of 2 1/2 years in jail.
