On Saturday one dozen British and American girls took part in a one-day training course at a London hotel to learn the rules of being a real princess. The lessons, which were ostensibly similar to Kate Middleton’s, included curtsying before a cardboard cut out of the Queen, balancing a book on their heads, and maintaining their composure as photographers recorded their every move.
