A reader writes:

I found this fawn on my front steps this morning. I thought it might be a cute little photo interlude for Jezebel. I’m hoping its mother comes back for it, otherwise I’m going to have to call state wildlife officials to pick it up. My great dane might think it is a chew toy, so I can’t let it hang out at my house for long!
