Just Spit It Out, Michael Avenatti!
PoliticsThere’s little more irritating than sort-of-sexy legal zaddy Michael Avenatti, who’s currently representing Stormy Daniels, skirting around the issue of whether or not a scandalous $1.6 million in hush money—negotiated by Michael Cohen and paid to a pregnant Playboy model seeking an abortion in exchange for her silence—was actually made on behalf of Donald Trump.
Appearing on Morning Joe to discuss Cohen (Trump’s personal lawyer who’s currently being investigated for bank fraud and campaign finance violations), Avenatti asked co-host Mika Brzezinski to name Cohen’s three clients. She responded with the widely-reported names of Donald Trump, Fox News’ Sean Hannity, and Republican donor Elliot Broidy. But, per my steely-eyed paramour, that is incorrect.
