1/2C all-purpose or whole-wheat flour
1/2C cornmeal
1t salt (fried things must be salty)
1t baking powder
1/2C frozen corn kernels
4T olive oil
1/4C unsweetened plain almond milk
1T flax for one flax egg (see below)
lots of oil for frying
