Today we learned that today’s pop music contains more self-centered lyrics than ever before! Resplendent.bitch explained:
“A University of Kentucky psychologist reviewed the lyrics of the top 10 songs from 1980 to 2007 and found evidence of our increasing narcissism.”
The conclusions of the study were written up in a thesis entitled ‘What’s Wrong With These Kids Today.’ The professor is now doing a follow-up study on the same demographic with a working title of ‘Get Off My Lawn.’
