Look, as a couple you swap spit and all kinds of bodily fluids. Sure. But the personal grooming and toiletry area is a sacred space where a lady deserves her own damn razor and toothbrush.
Carissa and Nick are featured on the TLC show Extreme Cheapskates. To save money, they share showers, shampoo, razors, a toothbrush and the same damn strand of dental floss. “One bottle of shampoo lasts us like, eight months,” she says, proudly, not realizing how gross her entire situation is. If everything they say is true (James Hibberd at Entertainment Weekly has his doubts, but TLC insists these folks are legit), they’re demonstrating a really good way to get a staph infection. And to give us all the heebie-jeebies.
