Police Say They Have Video of Kevin Spacey Groping Teen in Nantucket Bar

In an unequivocally unhinged video posted to Twitter on Monday, Kevin Spacey claimed—in the voice of Frank Underwood, while wearing a Santa apron—that he was “certainly not going to pay the price for the things I didn’t do.” Unfortunately for Spacey, it appears there may be another video out there showing things he allegedly did do, as police say they have a Snapchat video of him sexually assaulting a teenager at a Nantucket bar in July 2016.

According to CBS, the then-18-year-old victim—son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh—texted his girlfriend a Snapchat video “showing Spacey touching the front of [his] pants by the crotch.” CNN reports that the video is currently in police custody.

Spacey allegedly plied the teen, who was a busboy at the bar at the time, with alcohol, then stuck his hand inside his pants and groped him, according to a police report filed in October 2016. Per CNN:

The busboy, who was 18 at the time, told Spacey he was 23 and studying business at Wake Forest University, according to the complaint. That night, Spacey bought him a number of alcoholic drinks, bragged to him about the size of his penis, and tried to get the busboy to go back to his house afterward, the accuser told police in the complaint.
Later, as the two stood near the piano player in the bar, Spacey reached over and began to rub the busboy’s thigh, the complaint states. Spacey then unzipped the accuser’s pants and rubbed his penis, both in and out of his pants, for about three minutes, he told police.

The Cape and Island District Attorney filed felony sexual assault charges against the actor on December 24, and on Wednesday Massachusetts state police released a number of documents, including statements from the alleged victim’s aforementioned girlfriend, as well as from the victim himself, his roommate, and a bartender who was present at the time of the alleged assault.

Spacey, who is also under investigation in London for about a half dozen sexual misconduct allegations (in addition to being sued by a massage therapist for alleged sexual assault and battery), is expected to appear in Nantucket District Court on January 7 for his arraignment.
