The Today show always gets really really really into Halloween, and this year the theme was classic TV Throwback Thursday. The perfect excuse to get Matt Lauer in a red swimsuit.

Matt ran in slow-mo, tossed his hair, and even jumped up and down to demonstrate how his bosom refused to bounce.

Willie Geist was dressed as David Hasselhoff and the real life Carmen Electra made an appearance.

Al Roker was B.A. Baracus aka Mr. T from The A-Team. As anyone who watches Today knows, Al loooves The A-Team. This was a dream come true.

Natalie Morales and Savannah Guthrie were dressed as Laverne and Shirley.

Hoda and Kathie Lee went as Betty and Wilma.

Carson Daly rode on the back of Erik Estrada’s motorcycle. I used to have a crush on Ponch.

But really: It was all about Matt.
