Want to know which foods to consume so you can live until 102? Too bad; can’t tell you. But what I can tell you is what not to eat — and that’s pretty much everything.

Rodale News unleashed a list of unhealthy, dangerous foods unto the world, and it includes everything from fast food hamburgers (REALLY??) to diet soda (REALLY??). It’s great and all, but their alternatives to some of these poison foods is “learn to cook“. Which, wise words, if you can afford to learn how to cook, have access ingredients, and aren’t too busy. Also, we’re supposed to replace bread with millet? I’m sorry, but now I have to eat an entire loaf in protest.
