Here is a bizarre comment from Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) on the House floor today, at around 3:13: “It is time to welcome your children who can feel pain to the human family.”

Sounds like a line from “Monster Mash.” But no, it’s just another batshit defense of the “Pain-Capable Infant Protection Act” from an old white Republican dude. Related: Michael Burgess on masturbating fetuses, Trent Franks on “rare rape,” my aching brain.
