It's So Unfair When Cancer Survivors Compete In Kiddie Pageants

We’ve seen and heard parents on Toddlers & Tiaras do and say some pretty abhorrent things, but one mom on last night’s episode may have topped them all when she complained about local child beauty pageants—in which she no longer lets her daughter compete—because they often will feature children who have had cancer or some other deadly illness and that they often win by getting the sympathy vote, which she feels is unfair. Apparently, inner-beauty is not worthy of crowns.
