97-Year-Old Man Skydives For Charity

Bournemouth, England’s George Moyse, 97, set out to raise money for the Royal National Life-Boat Institution by participating in a tandem jump with his 43 year-old grandson. The two successfully jumped 10,000 feet together.

“It was lovely,” Moyse says, ” I really enjoyed it, I wasn’t frightened at all. It was the first time but it won’t be the last. I do not sit around. I get about, I go for a walk every day and I do my own cooking, washing, ironing, everything. I have just been lucky to be so agile.” [UPI]
