In what can only be viewed by future generations as the object that changed everything, the city will now be home to a 23-foot tall bronze teddy bear that is “slumped under a black bedside lamp”. The button-eyed bear will remain on display for five months starting next week, before being auctioned off. FYI, the man selling the Urs Fischer sculpture has already turned down a private offer of $9 million, so if you thought that would cover it, think again.
