Psychopath Stalking South Florida Kitties

There’s one sick fucker on the loose in South Florida: 20 cats have disappeared only to turn up skinned, eviscerated, dismembered, posed and/or missing pieces of their faces. The police are investigating because anyone that will do this to cats is either a serial killer or Bill Frist. [Miami Herald]
