Rachel Dratch (in my highly educated and sophisticated opinion) is one of the best and most underrated cast members to have ever come out of Saturday Night Live, so it’s always a thrill when she shows up on TV, especially if it’s on a show as delightful and energetic as Billy on the Street. Still, we can’t help but want more for her. Maybe, instead of occasionally popping up to entertain us by crawling through garbage on a Julia Roberts themed obstacle course (something I’m sure she was game for), she can pop up on her own TV show. Whuddya say, network bosses?
