The video (h/t Digg) is, sadly, not actually by Nigella, but rather the masterfully edited work of the YouTube channel “Yes, It’s Funny.” But it is a very real reminder that pasta dishes all too easily become disgusting monstrosities. “A lot of people will think this is not very Italian, but actually, it’s very Italian” is the perfect payoff.
