Meet Pat Dykstra, a woman who may have committed one of the drunkest drunk-dialing episodes ever. While on her way home from a bar Dykstra called 911 to report that she was too intoxicated to drive. By the time the police reached her, she had already arrived home, but was still given a citation. In the clip above, when a TV reporter asks Pat what she thought would happen when she called 911, Pat responds in a thick Wisconsin accent, "I don’t really think I was thinking that much at the time."
