This is the story of a little girl. A girl who leaves the nest, turns into a woman and ends growing old alone—until she dies. Or maybe not. It doesn’t matter. It’s a beautiful sweet-and-sour tale, anyway.

In a world where every film studio is striving to make the most realistic 3D animation, I love to see that somebody is actually playing with texture and color and shape, getting closer to traditional media instead of chasing the absolute perfection of hyperrealism. [Vimeo via Kuriositas]
