A car crashed into an abandoned vehicle on I-70 several miles outside of Manhattan, Kansas this morning. The driver inexplicably drove right into the car and became airborne. The driver has been injured and police are investigating.
Authorities believe that the driver, Greg Harris, may have been impaired. Eyewitness reports state that he left the car of his own will after the crash.
Update: It is possible, as stated in many comments, that this was staged based on the way this is filmed, the driving, and the abandoned vehicle. The highway patrol report in the above links, however, is very real. Other commenters are pointing out that the camera was turned on to record Harris’s erratic driving, which was going on for about ten minutes before the accident.
