Did We Forget Robert Pattinson Hates Twilight?

When asked about Twilight in a recent interview with Variety, Robert Pattinson said he feels like he “stopped mentally progressing around the time when I started doing those movies.” When asked when he’d do a sequel, he joked, “I was literally talking to my agent about it… The amount of time I spend moisturizing, I am ready to play 17 at a moment’s notice. Ready. I’ve got the Botox out.”

Did we forget that my man hates the Twilight movies? “When I read it, it was like it was a book that wasn’t supposed to be published,” he once said. He also said Edward Cullen would have turned out to be an axe murderer in real life. Haha. And he joked that the money he got for Twilight “could’ve been better.” Folks, if that doesn’t convince you that you’d have to pay Pattinson gobs of money (which he probably would get anyway) to get him to do another Twilight movie, then I leave you with this video, aptly titled “Robert Pattinson Hates Twilight.” I rest my case.
