Following the hack that revealed personal information and photos about Leslie Jones on her own website, TMZ reports that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into the case.
“Sources familiar with the situation tell us, the FBI is developing a strategy for tracking down the person or people who hacked into her iCloud and cell phone and posted nude photos and personal information on her website,” they write, adding, “It’s unclear whether agents from the West Coast or East Coast will launch the investigation,” because Jones is bicoastal.
Also according to TMZ, no police report has been filed with NYPD or the LAPD.
